Richard L. Hartenstein, SRA, provides residential appraisal services for mortgage lending purposes, including purchase, refinance, relocation, and portfolio-related assignments. Services are provided to local, regional, and national lenders, credit unions, and in-house lending departments. Mr. Hartenstein has experience appraising both standard and complex residential properties, including those that may require expanded analysis, commentary, or scope of work. This includes properties with atypical characteristics, limited comparable data, or conditions requiring as-is or subject-to valuation scenarios when appropriate.

• SRA Designated Member, Appraisal Institute
• Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser – Louisiana
• Extensive experience with mortgage lending appraisals
• Experienced with both standard and non-conforming residential assignments
